Halloween

Since when did Halloween become a week long affair? I remember the days when you dressed up and then went trick or treating. We had a very crazy hectic enjoyable week. Halloween is not my favorite holiday to say the least. We did have fun though. We had a spooky dinner with neighbors (everyone loved that), carving pumpkins, the Halloween parade at school (should have been indoors), a couple carnivals, trunk or treating, trick or treating at the High school, and trick or treating at our neighborhood with Jamin's family. Then add in dinner with the Relief Society gals and a sick baby! Wow! I'm so glad that week is over! Now we enter into Thanksgiving and all the December festivities, Valentine's Day... then before you know it it's Easter.

Ivin's Reservoir

We went to Ivin's Reservoir for FHE on night. The water was kinda gross but the kids had fun swimming anyway. That thought it was pretty lame at first. Then they went out on the pier and jumped off. First Matt and Mikelle went. Then Kass got brave right before we got ready to leave and she jumped. Even Daisy wasn't so sure about being up on the pier. It's a long ways down.
Every since we went that one night Mikelle wanted to go every night. Unfortunately, by the time we made it out there again it was too cold and most of the water was gone. We did see a snake so that was cool, but it wasn't as much fun!

Just some everyday stuff

Watermelon that I carved for a wedding

The girls love riding their wiggle bikes down our hill (driveway) and also the neighbors. They also built a fort in the neighbor's yard. (*sigh* embarrassing!)

They found an old lizard and caught him before school. They love all the lizaeds around our yard. Mikelle caught on e under our trampoline with her toes. That's such a Wilcox thing to do!

The upstairs living room/den is a favorite room. Before we set up our tv ans speaker system they would put on plays there. I love this pic of Kassi falling asleep on the chairs.

Little gamer

Logi loves the computer. Specifically, he likes computer games. Plants vs zombies is his favorite. He makes zombie noises while he watches it. It's really funny. I thought it was really funny that he ran in to watch daddy as soon as he got out of the bath. What a cute lil bum!

Oquirrh Mountain temple open house

WE stayed with Jamin and Karen's family and had a busy fun weekend. We went hiking at Ensign Peak. (Really hot hike in July!) Then we went to the Aquarium, and to the Oquirrh Mountain temple open house, followed by dinner at the Mayan. Logan was a stinker the whole time but it was still really neat!

Playing with Mia

Mia has been coming over occasionally to come play with us. Logan and Mia are both learning to play and share. They love getting into things together and running from room to room. They love playing in boxes. They love eating lunch together and are so cute when we say the prayer. They love Ring around the Rosies. They love jumping on the bed when it's too cold to jump on the tramp. They love watching the bunnies. Mostly they love each other. They were holding hands in the car. They also give each other kisses. So cute!
